The farm extends over a 10 hectares area, 5 of which are olive-yards. Among our 1450 plants, we can count a wide variety of oils such as Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Maurino e Pendolino. The land is placed at an altitude of 20 metres above sea level, The soil is soft and sandy. The harvest time is between October and November. The Olives are picked by hand and crushed in the following 48 hours. The low-acidity oil produced is purposedly not filtered in order to keep its nutritional value. By so doing, the result is a high-quality oil.

After a careful selection of the olives, 4 kinds of monovarietal oil are produced: Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino and Pendolino. Each one's particular characteristic taste goes well with Italian cuisine recipes.
